What exactly does Artemis Health do?
Artemis Health offers preventive medical services for companies. These include PMOs, PAGOs, occupational health examinations, and vaccinations. We help organizations comply with the Working Conditions Act and contribute to creating healthy, attractive workplaces.
In which regions are you active?
We operate nationwide. Our professionals always come to your location.
Do you work with certified doctors and specialists?
Yes, all our medical professionals (doctors and nurses) are BIG-registered and our specialists comply with the applicable quality and professional standards.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, Artemis Health is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. This means that our processes meet high quality and safety standards.
Do you work with occupational health and safety services or company doctors?
Yes, we work in addition to or in collaboration with occupational health and safety services. We also support company doctors with our medical examinations.
Do you also provide support for the RI&E?
Yes, we do this through Artemis Safety, a subsidiary of Artemis Health. Because the organizations are closely intertwined, the services they provide complement each other seamlessly.
Can I also come to you for a one-off service?
Certainly. You can come to us for both one-off investigations and structural processes.
How quickly can you perform a PMO, PAGO, or inspection?
Depending on the size and urgency, we can often start communicating and sending out invitations within one to two weeks. For small studies, this can sometimes be even faster!
What does the process look like from application to reporting?
We start with an intake, draw up a customized proposal, schedule the research, carry it out, and deliver a clear report with recommendations.
How much does a PMO, PAGO, or inspection cost?
The costs depend on the scope, location, and content of the investigation. Feel free to request a no-obligation quote.
How is communication with employees going?
We take care of the digital invitations and explanations to employees. Everything is communicated clearly, professionally, and in compliance with the GDPR in our ISO-certified software system.
Is it possible to conduct the examinations on site?
Yes. We always come to your location to keep the threshold low for employees. Digital implementation is also possible.
Can you help us draw up a health policy?
We provide advice based on the results of the investigation, but do not draw up a comprehensive health policy. However, we do contribute ideas for follow-up steps.
What happens to the data and medical information?
Medical data is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the GDPR. Employees receive their personal results via a personal digital portal; employers only receive anonymized group results.
Do you also provide group reports or management summaries?
Yes. Afterwards, as an employer, you will receive a clear management report with insights and any recommendations.
Are your investigations GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We work in full compliance with GDPR guidelines. Data is stored securely, processed, and only shared with consent.
Can we work with you on an annual basis (e.g., through a subscription)?
Yes. With our Safe365 subscription, you are guaranteed up-to-date occupational health and safety care throughout the year, including periodic examinations and assessments.
Is joining a PMO or PAGO a must?
No, participation is voluntary. Your employer must offer the study, but you decide whether you want to participate.
How long will the research take?
Depending on the content, the examination usually takes 20 to 45 minutes. You will be informed of this in advance.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Valid identification is required. Sometimes you will receive additional instructions, for example to arrive sober. You will receive these in advance by email.
Who sees my medical data?
Only the doctor or medical professional involved. Employers do not have access to your personal data.
Will I receive the results myself?
Yes. You will receive personal and confidential feedback, often with lifestyle advice or tips.
What will happen to my data afterwards?
Your data will be stored confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and will not be shared without your consent.
Will my results be shared with my employer?
No. Your employer only receives anonymized group data and never sees individual results.
How do I receive my vaccination certificate?
After vaccination, you will receive confirmation in your personal digital portal. Prior to vaccination, you will create an account where you can also find the proof.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you will always receive information about how to change your appointment via your personal account. We ask that you do this in a timely manner.
Where does the research take place?
You will hear about this from your employer or directly from us. We always visit your employer’s location. You will be informed of the exact location in the invitation/appointment confirmation.
