We are looking for an energetic and sharp project manager/consultant who will act as an entrepreneur within our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and the connecting factor between our medical professionals, clients, and internal colleagues. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly: from tight project design to flawless execution.
About Artemis Health
We are the leading specialist in the Netherlands in the field of:
- Preventive Medical Examinations (PME)
- Periodic Occupational Health Examinations (POHE)
- Occupational medical examinations and vaccinations
We work for large and medium-sized organizations throughout the country. From our office in Rotterdam, we work every day to improve health in the workplace — practically, professionally, and personally.
What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for setting up and implementing customer projects;
- You will liaise with fellow consultants, clients, and doctors on a daily basis;
- You will ensure that everything is tightly organized in terms of administration, content, and communication;
- You will build lasting relationships with clients and contribute ideas for improvements.
You are someone who:
- Is available 24–40 hours per week;
- Lives in (or near) Rotterdam (max. 40 min travel time);
- Has experience in project management or consultancy (industry experience is an advantage);
- Works independently, entrepreneurially, and proactively;
- Can switch quickly between systems, tools, and conversation partners;
- Is a strong communicator, both in writing and verbally;
- Works accurately, thinks customer-oriented, and gets energy from working together;
- Has commercial antennae (an advantage).
